- Pre-Orders: Pre-orders may be canceled anytime before fulfillment begins for a full refund. Once fulfillment has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Provide your order number and detailed photos of the damage or defect to support@crax.store. We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund for the defective product.
