Shipping policy
Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order once placing it you agree to the policy below.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once a shipping label is created, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled or modified.
Pre-order items ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page. These timelines are estimates and may change due to production or logistics delays beyond our control.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, returns, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to address errors.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered. This includes theft, misdelivery, or unattended packages.
This does not override valid damage or defect claims reported within the required timeframe.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will either reimburse the order or replace the item if inventory is available.
Replacement or reimbursement decisions are made at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the last tracking update.
Damaged Packages & Unboxing Documentation
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package.
Damage claims must include clear photos and/or video of the unopened package, the unboxing process, the damaged item, and the shipping label.
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without sufficient documentation may be denied. Claims reported outside this timeframe will be assumed to have occurred after delivery and not during transit.
Limited Edition & Packaging Disclaimer
Many of our products are limited edition or final sale. Replacement inventory may not always be available.
Minor packaging wear such as dents, creases, or scuffs does not qualify as damage if the item itself is intact.
Packaging condition is not guaranteed for collectible items.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
